Rates
$75 per 50-minute session.
A 30-minute initial consultation session is available free of charge.

Insurance
While I do not provide insurance billing, my services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan. Please check your coverage carefully. Ask your insurance provider the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• Is there a deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year will my plan cover?
• Will my plan cover services from an out-of-network provider?
• What professional credentials are required for coverage?
• How much will my coverage pay per therapy session?

Insurance claims are filed by the client. A receipt for services is provided for each session.

Reduced Fee
I believe that counseling should be available to anyone who needs it. I have a limited number of appointments available with a sliding scale fee. I will be happy to discuss a reduced fee based upon your financial needs.

Payment
Cash, check and major credit cards are accepted for payment. Payment is expected at the time of service. A $5.00 discount is given for pre-payment of your session.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment without sufficient notice, the time is not available for anyone else to use. Please allow at least 24 hours notice when you cancel an appointment. If you miss an appointment, or cancel without sufficient advanced notice, you will be charged for the full price of the session.
