My name is Jon P. Legris (I prefer to be called JP), and I am a counselor specializing in individual psychotherapy treating mental health and/or addiction issues. I maintain a private practice in Portland, Oregon.

A graduate of Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling, I am currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are Mood disorders, Addictions, Co-occuring disorders, Relationships, and LGBTQ issues.

I am a client-focused therapist whose aim is to help you find your own strengths and use them to build and sustain a balanced life that your find exciting and fulfilling. I use a combination of practical and proven techniques to help you learn how to take control of your life and make it what you want it to be.
